1931

creation of a PAGED (short for Polish Export Agency for Wood) in order to structure trade in Polish wood and protect against excessive exploitation but also introduction of quality standards for goods and prevention of mutual competition between Polish exporters on foreign markets

1948

commencement of plywood production at the plant in Morag after the Second World War

1994

transformation Paged – Centrala Handlu Zagranicznego Sp. z o.o. into Paged S.A.

1996

Paged S.A. debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, creation with the State Treasury's share the Paged Sklejka – Morąg Mazury S.A. company

2000

acquisition of a significant block of shares of the Company by Yawal S.A. (Mzyk family)

2008

acquisition of a majority stake form the Treasury State Factory Sklejka - Pisz S.A., plant modernization and optimization which resulted in increased production and profitability

2011

acquisition of a significant package of DTP S.A. shares

2014

Investment in IVOPOL + Europa Systems

2016

sale of DPT shares as part of the tender offer

2017

investment in the Forbis Group S.A.
PAGED S.A. delisting from WSE

2018

investment in Valmos – Estonian producer of birch veneer and investment in Kabos Cosmetics – producer of hybrid nail polishes and body care cosmetics

2018

transformation of PAGED S.A. into PAGED SP. Z O.O. and contribution in kind of an organized part of the business to THUMOS CAPITAL SP. Z O.O.
